The CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre Reseau local de servcies du Haut-Richelieu – Rouville with 253 beds offers a range of general and specialized services and subspecialized services.
Hôpitel’s cloud-based infotainment services have been active in Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu as of April 1st, 2019 utilizing existing TVs and infrastructure. This hospital facility will undergo a complete TV upgrade by Hôpitel with the installation of 253 new 28” Health grade TVs to be installed and operational as of May 1st, 2019.
This new system will be fully automated providing TV and scheduled movies with call center support and remote activation of services by telephone through the Hôpitel call center on a 13/7/365 basis providing patients immediate access to Hôpitel’s media services. This instantaneous call center activation process significantly increases patient satisfaction and is a significant enhancement compared to the existing rental process of waiting on a bedside agent to visit the patient room to activate the services. Additional services can be made available in the future with further upgrades to the system as described below.
