Laval-based start-up WattByWatt doubles its laboratory space to continue innovating

In less than five years of research, development and assiduous work in the field of perovskite technology, WattByWatt has moved to a new lab double its previous size. With plans for additional expansion in various industries, the company sees a bright future ahead. By using perovskite, a mineral with photovoltaic capabilities like silicon (a constituent of solar panels) to charge small electronic devices, the possibilities for use are ever-growing. What’s more, their patented technology allows them to create 100% synthetic perovskite, in the lab, reducing their carbon footprint
