The second season of The Fashion Hero is now streaming on Paramount+ Canada and host AJ McLean, of the Backstreet Boys, was in Toronto recently for the show’s launch. The buzz around the show and its messages of self-confidence, self love and self-acceptance, no matter your age, weight, race, or gender, are resonating with viewers and media alike.
AJ emphasized that the show is about changing unrealistic beauty standards and redefining the fashion industry, saying “It’s [The Fashion Hero] the most real and the most raw of any show, there is no show like this.” He continues to say “Everyone in the entire world is beautiful, as they are, inside and out. […] You are truly beautiful as your true self.”
When WhiteHaven partnered with The Fashion Hero to bring this alternative investment opportunity to our clients, we were inspired by the passion and drive of its creator, Caroline Bernier, to promote diversity, inclusivity, and body positivity within the fashion industry. Our firm’s mission is to always challenge the status-quo, and this project fit that mission perfectly. WhiteHaven is proud and excited to be part of a project that is making history with its barrier-breaking premise and format.
“We have always challenged ourselves to think beyond the box, to innovate for our clients and to support projects and entrepreneurs with whom we share values. The Fashion Hero brings together everything WhiteHaven stands for: excellence, integrity, respect and innovation,” says WhiteHaven CEO Tommy Baltzis. “No other firm in Canada can say that one of their exempt market products has become a mainstream reality TV show on one of the biggest streaming platforms. This is a game changer.”
